Play locally
Blitz Rose stores your progress, achievements, preferences, and saved offline games on your device. Offline play does not require an account. Local data remains until you remove it or delete the app; device backups may retain a copy.
Optional iCloud profile
If you choose Create / connect player profile, game progress, your chosen display name, achievements, preferences, and saved offline games are synchronized using your Apple Account’s private CloudKit database. We do not receive your Apple password. You can pause sync and continue playing locally.
Online play
Online play and leaderboards require a connected player profile and use Apple Game Center. Guests can continue playing offline. Other players can see your Game Center nickname and match results. During a hand, each player receives their own cards and public table state; opponents’ cards remain hidden until the result. The hosting player’s device runs the match rules.
Friend codes
Connecting a profile registers an opaque friend code in the app’s public CloudKit database. Using a friend’s code stores a claim associated with an opaque Apple-generated player identifier. A profile can claim one friend code, and the app requires a completed match before submitting it. Public referral records contain codes and technical identifiers, not your display name, email, contacts, or game saves. Referrals unlock a badge, with no cash payment or gambling reward.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob. Google’s advertising software may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, advertising interactions, crash diagnostics, and performance information for advertising, measurement, and analytics. Where required, consent choices are presented before requesting ads. You can review available ad privacy choices in Settings. Apple’s tracking permission controls access to tracking features; declining tracking does not prevent playing.
Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time App Store purchase. Apple processes payments; we do not receive payment-card details. The app verifies the purchase with StoreKit and stores an entitlement on your device. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible purchase for the purchasing Apple Account.
Your choices and deletion
Use Settings → Profile, iCloud sync and friend codes to pause synchronization or delete the synced profile. Deletion removes the profile’s progress records and its own friend-code registration and claim; the device’s local copy and App Store purchases remain. A minimal deletion marker is retained to stop an offline device from automatically uploading deleted progress again. Referral claims created by other players may remain. Explicitly reconnecting includes retained local progress in a new synced profile. Apple Account and Game Center settings are managed through Apple.
